Written, produced, and acted by Chelsea Beller, this film delves into the complexities of navigating romantic entanglements at work and the strength of female bonds. With an astounding cast including Liz Sorkin as Carly, Chelsea Beller as Harper, Nolan Bryan as Damian, and Hector Mendez as Steven, "The Industry" brings these hardships to life with honesty and humor.

Not to mention the behind-the-camera excellence that is– direction by Leslie Lank and cinematography and editing by Mike Monaghan, and the film’s sound design by Michael Vondras further enhancing the film’s compelling narrative.
